Why I Started Reservoir IT Solutions
I’ve spent years working in IT across East Tennessee, setting up office networks, migrating business email, deploying security cameras, and troubleshooting the problems that stop a business from running.
Along the way, I kept seeing the same frustration. People were being pushed into expensive contracts for services they didn’t need, given technical explanations that didn’t help them make decisions, or left waiting days for a problem that could be solved in an hour. That bothered me.
So I started Reservoir IT Solutions to do it differently. When you contact me, I’ll listen to what’s going on, give you an honest assessment, tell you what it will cost, and let you decide. No pressure, no upselling, no jargon.
I work with homeowners, small businesses, churches, medical and dental offices, law firms, and retail shops across the Tri-Cities and East Tennessee. The name comes from something I believe about technology: the best infrastructure works quietly in the background. A reservoir doesn’t announce itself. It just works. That’s what I aim to provide.
