Hi, I’m Jackson.

Reservoir IT Solutions is just me. I have a computer science degree from ETSU and work in IT full time, so I take appointments on weekday evenings and weekends.

My favorite job so far was a Ubiquiti network in Rogersville, with the cable run and terminated. That’s the gear I’d put in my own house.

When you call or text, you get me. I’ll tell you honestly what I think is wrong, what it’ll cost, and whether it’s even worth fixing.

My computer was shutting down by itself. Keyboard & mouse were disappearing. Monitors quit displaying. Thought my computer was dead. Jackson trouble shot the computer. Determined that the computer was running hot and that the USB controller for the wireless keyboard and mouse was no longer functioning. Jackson fixed the fans, replaced the thermal paste on the CPU controller, replaced the wireless keyboard controller, made adjustment setting to enable Windows 11 to be installed, installed Windows 11, and did some other things. Took about 3 days in total to make repairs. Computer is now working like a champ and has at least a number of years of life left in it. Most strongly recommend Reservoir IT Solutions, Jackson, for all your computer repair needs. I will surely continue to contact Jackson for my computer needs.

Mr. Coffey was extremely helpful and kind. He took my call at 9 o’clock on a Friday night and fixed my issue the following Saturday morning. He will be my preferred IT Tech from now on.

I work in IT full time, so appointments are on weekday evenings and weekends: Monday to Thursday 6 to 9 PM, Friday 7 to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday noon to 6 PM. I answer calls and texts every day, and some problems I can fix remotely without a visit.
I text or email you a link to HelpWire, a remote support app. You open it, and I can only connect after you say OK on the phone and click Allow on your screen. You can see everything I do and end the session anytime by closing the app. I never set up access that lets me connect on my own, so next time, you’ll have to approve me again. When we’re done, you can delete the HelpWire file, and I’m happy to walk you through it.
Both. I work on Windows PCs and Apple Macs, and I help with iPhone and iPad setup, data transfer, and troubleshooting.
I usually recommend Brother or Canon. They hold up well and are easy to connect. Printer setup is one of my most common jobs, so I’ve seen which ones cause headaches.
No. For cracked or broken screens on phones, tablets, or laptops, I’ll point you to a shop that specializes in that kind of repair.
Yes. I set up networks, computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and cameras for small offices. I’ve also helped TBird Technologies, another local IT business, on large office and building network installs, so I know what bigger jobs take.
No. You call when you need help. No subscriptions, no contracts, and nothing on your computer that lets me connect without your OK.

Got a tech headache? Let’s fix it.

Call or text me and tell me what’s going on. No pressure, and no charge to talk it through.
